4th of July
Ya Habibi Dance Co. will perform at both the Eureka and Arcata 4th of July Celebrations. Come join us for 2 fun shows! Eureka is 12:00pm in Old Town, and Arcata is 2:45pm at the Plaza.

Arts Alive in Eureka
6:00pm Ya Habibi Dance Co. at Morris Graves Museum for a preview of Humboldt Folklife Festival late July... 30 min, followed by Emerald Coast Irish Dancers and lots more throughout the evening.
7:00pm Solos by Shoshanna and more at Gaia Imports (3rd St between E & F), including extra special guest dancer Leilani from the east coast! There will be more dancing at 8pm, led by Genevieve.
9:00pm Join Raquel & Erika for a "glitchy dub Middle Eastern fusion set" with DJ Ragnarokk at The Pearl. Show starts at 9pm but will go late. 21+. Sounds cool!

Belly Dance Party for North Coast Parents
11am-12pm will be a Special Belly Dance Party for Mamas & Little Ones at Redwood Raks in Arcata
Explore the art of Middle Eastern dance while little ones crawl, run, dance, play and cuddle freely. At the end there's free time with scarves and veils. There might be drumming, too! $3.00 per family. Hosted by North Coast Parents - a fun organization!

Come enjoy a lovely reception with dancing by Shoshanna and perhaps some live music, too. This Arts Arcata at the studio will feature the incredible paintings of multi-talented artist Carla Hayes. She's the one who has created the amazing mugs for Brio Cafe! Free, 6-9pm. (Midsummer Night of Dance originally planned for this evening is canceled for now...)
